It's the most common exchange I have with people regarding Dublin's latest Japanese restaurant. Oh, well, the restaurant delivers where it counts -- on the plate. Sushi.Com has an impressive catalog of designer rolls, using colors, textures and, yes, even fruit at times. The small staff couldn't be more friendly or approachable. Those who have been to trendier sushi places know that the chapter on customer service is missing from the handbook. But it's clear the place needs a liquor license to compete. While the food is largely satisfying, Sushi.Com doesn't seem like a complete experience without it. As for the name, don't tell your friends where you're going until you get there. It might save a lot of unnecessary explanation.
